She continues to nurture her passion for teaching and training through providing continuing education to mental health professionals across the state of Texas.
Sam loves to spend her spare time researching new recipes to cook or bake, exercising, and being with her chosen and church family, including her two very hairy dogs. She believes that Philippians 4:12-13 well-encapsulates the therapeutic journey: “I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”
